Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for our Lansing, MI office. You will lead project design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure high-quality civil/site deliverables.

The role emphasizes client management, mentorship, and coordination with senior management to meet deadlines and stay within budgets. The position requires 8+ years of related experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and PE licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in civil engineering projects.
• Professional licensure (P.E.) preferred.
• Experience in land development, commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design tasks and ensure accuracy and documentation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Coordinate utility research and outside agency responses.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and change orders; handle invoicing.
• Mentor junior staff and lead engineers in a team setting.
• Maintain client communications and project updates.
