ESCO Construction Company, based in Evergreen, Colorado, seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to lead site operations on heavy civil projects across Colorado and neighboring states.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record overseeing 20+ field personnel, coordinating with design engineers and owners, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing civil construction projects.
• Experience as a superintendent managing 20+ field personnel.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use construction industry software.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project site operations.
• Plan and schedule construction activities including scope and subs.
• Ensure timely quality control inspections and official inspections.
• Build and maintain relations with owner, client, managers and employees.
• Attend owner progress meetings and conduct daily project coordination meetings.
• Change order management and coordination with design engineers.
• Record time and quantities daily and manage crew staffing.
• Mentor crew members and supervise multiple superintendents and crews.
