Job summary

Timmons Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Civil Project Manager/Senior Project Manager for the Water & Wastewater Group. You will lead project management, client development, and cross-functional coordination across design teams to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree with PE license and 6–10 years of experience in water/wastewater or infrastructure markets, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CAD and modeling

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with professional registration (P.E.).
6 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering related to Water/Wastewater or Infrastructure markets.
Design/manage portions of a project using CAD, modeling, and engineering calculations.
Prepare specification materials and assist in cost estimates.
Communicates effectively with client, staff and internal design team.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects and development of client accounts.
Market and client development, maintain client communications, ensure profitability and schedule.
Coordinate project staff and cross-sell services while maintaining quality.
Oversee multiple mid-sized and small projects with effective client relations.
