Job summary

Bolton & Menk is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Water Resources team in North Carolina. You will lead multiple engineering projects, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact.

Responsibilities include managing design and construction phase services for water resource projects, conducting technical analyses, and engaging in public outreach and business development to communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management, planning, budgets, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel.
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues.
• Conduct technical analysis and documentation.
• Engage in public outreach, business development, and client communication.
