Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• 1+ year in receptionist/administrative role; 1+ year construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and evaluate drawings and specifications.
• Complete submittals, RFIs, pay applications, permits, SWPPP; review using AutoCAD.
• Maintain project schedule and track timecards; use P6 for schedule look-ahead.
• Coordinate with owner representatives, utility companies, and stakeholders.
