Job summary

Suburban Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Civil) to lead large civil projects from conception through construction. You will guide project scope, schedule, budget and team performance while maintaining client relations and technical standards.

Applicants should have 15+ years of civil experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and a PE license (NJ preferred). Location options include Flanders or Hackensack, NJ with hybrid work arrangements after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of related experience in civil project management.
• PE License; NJ license preferred.
• Strong leadership and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple civil projects from initiation to construction.
• Ensure scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Mentor project managers and staff across disciplines.
• Develop technical strategies and client relationships.
