Job summary

W&A Engineering, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager for our Huntersville, NC office. You will guide land development projects from definition through completion, coordinating an interdepartmental team and liaising with clients and jurisdictions to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (PE preferred), strong leadership, and hands-on experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• Proven experience leading land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdepartmental team to complete projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy
• Develop and manage project timelines, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Lead and manage design and permitting processes throughout the project
• Maintain client communication and coordinate with vendors
• Monitor QA/QC and contribute to project documentation and billing
