Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah.
• 7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Strong background in project delivery from planning through construction support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Leadership style balancing technical confidence with collaboration and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project life cycle: planning, design, permitting, bidding, construction support, and closeout.
• Manage civil, land development, and infrastructure projects.
• Act as client partner and primary contact for public agencies and utilities.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide technical leadership and QA/QC reviews for plans, specs, and cost opinions.
• Mentor engineers, designers, and junior PMs to foster a growth-minded team.
• Support business development through client relationships, proposals, and networking.
• Assist clients in pursuing state and federal funding opportunities.
