Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in civil engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer license in Tennessee or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines while mentoring others.
• Self-starter in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and schedules for the design team.
• Delegate project design responsibilities to team members.
• Mentor, train, and encourage team members.
• Maintain regular client and stakeholder communication.
• Develop project timelines and budgets.
• Lead meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Assist with business development and proposal efforts.
• Assist with monthly project invoices.
