• 6+ years of related civil site engineering and permitting experience in NH
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HydroCAD software
• Strong communication and ability to follow written/oral instructions
• Ability to multi-task under rigid deadlines and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Manages project engineers' schedule and workload.
• Performs site civil engineering evaluations and designs including site layout and earthwork balancing.
• Reviews permit applications for site design and construction approvals.
• Coordinates with architects, engineers, and contractors; communicates with clients and agencies.
• Presents projects at municipal Board meetings and reviews construction documents and cost estimates.
