Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously (budgets, schedules, and quality)
• Oversee preconstruction efforts including estimating support, value engineering, and logistics planning
• Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, and change management
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure safe, efficient execution
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Engineers
