LeoForce in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead design and documentation for public works and land development projects. You will drive QA/QC processes, manage subdivision and public improvement plans, and guide technical teams through complex site constraints and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Lead design process from design, and documentation standpoint for public works and land development projects.
• Develop or perform QA/QC processes for project risk mitigation.
• Preliminary engineering design studies considering site constraints and regulatory issues.
• Preparation/processing of subdivision maps and public improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive client interaction from contract negotiation to construction completion.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to assigned team members.
• Provide design leadership example to project teams and office.
• Communicate effectively with sub-consultants, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and timely decisions aligned with design intent.
