Lehman-Roberts Company, a Granite Company, seeks a senior project leader to direct construction projects valued from $15–$49 million. You will forecast revenue and costs, lead asphalt paving bids, and coordinate with estimators and controls to ensure profitability and timely delivery.

Candidates bring 5–10 years in heavy civil work, experience in paving and grading, and strong leadership. A safety-focused mindset and ability to collaborate with owners and teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Eng, Construction Mgmt, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Experience in paving, dirt, and grading; knowledge of union agreements and prevailing wage.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate revenue and cost forecasting to meet profitability goals.
• Lead asphalt paving bid estimation with plans, specs, takeoffs, and pricing.
• Coordinate budgeting with estimators and project controls.
• Manage resources with project team to meet schedules.
• Review bids and develop bid schedules for approvals.
• Ensure project startup plans and effective communication among teams.
• Produce construction reports to drive performance improvements.
• Maintain profitability through project execution and safety adherence.
