As a Civil Project Engineer, you will lead civil design from concept through construction, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across studios.

Required: BS in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience, California PE, and proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of civil engineering project experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
• Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong technical knowledge of industry-standard engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design process from concept through construction.
• Help shape project strategy, schedules, and coordination.
• Prepare and review schematic, design development, and construction documents.
• Support construction administration, RFIs, and submittals.
• Mentor junior designers and foster technical growth.
• Engage in professional organizations to advance the field.
