Job summary

Wiley|Wilson is seeking a Civil Project Engineer with 6-10 years of land development and site design experience for our Richmond area offices. The role involves leading design through construction documents, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting proposals. Travel required; hybrid work schedule offered; security clearance eligible.

You will work on federal and state projects, utilizing Civil 3D and collaborating across markets to expand capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution and a Virginia/NC PE or reciprocity within 3 months of start.
• Some travel is required to support projects across markets.
• U.S. work authorization and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from concept through construction documents and administration.
• Mentor junior engineers and support proposal efforts.
• Work on land development, site design production, and infrastructure projects, primarily for government clients.
