Job summary

Cycle Construction Co., LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations from mobilization through project closeout, delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. The role requires coordinating crews and subcontractors, planning activity based on drawings and specs, and maintaining look-ahead schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, concrete, piling, and grading.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Plan work activities based on schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Manage Foremen, crews, and subcontractors to meet production goals.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to keep work progressing.
• Monitor jobsite productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and lead daily safety meetings.
• Inspect progress and adjust plans to meet schedule demands.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and enforce project requirements.
• Manage daily documentation including reports, time sheets, and cost tracking.
• Communicate with Project Management on schedule, budget, and field conditions.
• Promote a strong, accountable, and team-driven jobsite culture.
