Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in litigation.
• Active member of the state Bar in good standing.
• Proven experience in defense, HOA, construction defect, insurance coverage, and professional liability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all stages of litigation including drafting pleadings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court and mediation.
