The successful candidate will defend complex civil matters and represent clients in state and federal courts. This role requires a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and at least three years of civil defense experience. Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills are essential along with leadership and team collaboration abilities. The position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary range of $110,000–$130,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of civil defense experience with a track record defending civil matters.
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar required.
• Admission to Federal District Court of South Carolina preferred.

Responsibilities
