Qualifications

• Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake to resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and attorneys.
• Develop case strategy and assess risks; provide practical recommendations.
