Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of legal experience with a strong civil litigation background.
• Experience handling depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of civil litigation matters.
• Prepare cases for trial and conduct depositions and examinations of witnesses.
• Represent clients in mediations and court proceedings; draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage substantial caseloads with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff throughout the litigation process.
• Develop trial strategies in coordination with firm colleagues.
