Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney for our Santa Rosa, CA office. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil litigation experience and will shape case strategy, draft pleadings, and manage complex litigation matters.

Employment law experience is preferred but not required. The role is primarily in-office with the option of two remote days per week; base salary ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Significant civil litigation experience; 10+ years is the ideal profile.
• Employment law or employment litigation experience preferred, but not required.
• Established litigation judgment, legal writing, and case-management skills.
• No portable book of business required.

Responsabilités

• Handle substantive civil litigation matters and help shape case strategy.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation materials.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, settlement discussions, and, as applicable, trial.
• Work with colleagues and clients to move litigation matters toward resolution.
