Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• At least five years of civil litigation experience
• Background in defense litigation in commercial transportation preferred
• Strong communication and writing skills, and ability to work in a team
• Represent clients in all aspects of litigation
• Experience drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, taking depositions, communicating with clients, and preparing case evaluations

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of litigation

• Conduct depositions and manage client communications
• Prepare case evaluations on liability, damages and recommended actions
