Job summary

Michels Road & Stone, Inc. in Lomira, WI is seeking a Civil Grading Superintendent to oversee large roadway and site civil construction projects. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure profitability, safety, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include managing complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects, with GPS experience preferred. A valid CDL or ability to obtain one is required, and union work experience may be necessary. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of grading experience.
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• A valid combination CDL or the ability to obtain one.
• GPS experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement

Responsibilities

• Manage large complex projects or multiple medium sized projects ensuring profitable operations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of Roadway and Site Civil Construction projects to achieve goals within time and funding parameters.
