Job summary

Michels Road & Stone, Inc. in Lomira, WI is seeking a Project Manager – Civil with focus on mass excavation, underground utilities, paving and hardscape scopes. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure projects meet goals within time and budget.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in construction management, strong communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Travel and a valid driver license are required; PM/estimating and scheduling software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
• Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with Project Management and Estimating software (HCSS, etc.).
• Experience with scheduling software (P6, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects to ensure profitability, within time and funding parameters.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects.
• Communicate effectively with team and clients.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet internal/external needs.
