Job summary

Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. seeks a highly experienced Civil Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our offshore team supporting Australian projects.

You will focus on quantity take-offs, then move to full estimates for civil infrastructure works, including drainage, sewer, water and electrical scopes. The role is 100% remote from the Philippines with Australian clients and standards; a civil engineering or quantity surveying background and 10+ years of estimating experience are

Qualifications

• Background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 10+ years of commercial civil estimating or quantity surveying.
• Experience in quantity take-offs.
• Experience with tender estimates and cost plans.
• Experience assisting with proposals and tender submissions.
• Experience in utilities and civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong Excel capability.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of Australian codes and standards (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Estimate and quantity take-offs.
• Review drawings, specs and tender documentation.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs.
• Prepare civil estimates with labour and material costs.
• Develop cost plans and pricing schedules.
• Develop project programs and construction methodologies from estimates.
• Update estimates as project information changes.
• Tender preparation and submissions.
• Compile estimating information and supporting documentation.
• Ensure information is complete and organized.
• Support estimating across utility infrastructure projects.
• Review project documentation for water, sewer, drainage, pipelines.
