You will work with Construction Manager to develop accurate estimates, bids and proposals while coordinating with management, project managers and field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or four years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to create accurate estimates, bids and schedules.
• Experience estimating civil construction projects and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Procure construction projects aligned to company objectives and capacity.
• Oversee constructability and ensure feasible execution.
• Produce accurate estimates, bids and proposals that drive profitability.
• Collaborate with management, field supervision and engineers on planning.
• Lead estimating tasks and delegate as appropriate.
• Communicate estimating assumptions and results clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop detailed bid proposals including narratives and schedules.
• Analyze historical data to improve accuracy and identify trends.
• Coordinate with field staff to validate production rates and methods.
