Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience guiding small teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software; willingness to learn InEight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead complete estimates for self-performed civil construction scopes (design/build, design/bid/build, EPC).
• Review plans/specs to build the construction plan and cost basis for the estimate.
• Review bid documents and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of the estimate.
