Responsibilities

• Reviews project plans and specs to develop scope, labor and equipment costs.
• Prepares quantity takeoffs and pricing for self-perform or unit price estimates.
• Analyzes bid documents and material requirements for constructability and cost.
• Initiates subcontractor solicitations and evaluates bids.
• Prepares bid packages and coordinates with project management on estimates.
