Fessler & Bowman Inc. is seeking an Estimator to lead the bid analysis process for commercial and industrial projects. You will develop project plans, schedules, and proposal documents, review peers’ estimates, and participate in Go/No-Go decisions.

Travel to job sites will be required as part of the role. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction estimating, with experience in large-scale bids, and excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent
• At least five (5) years of construction experience
• Proficient in using Bid2Win estimating software or similar tools
• Estimating medium-to-large commercial and industrial projects
• Creative and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a flexible style to work with diverse individuals

Mansioni

• Develop the project plan, schedule and proposal documents for all estimates
• Review estimates for other estimating team members
• Support Go/No-Go decisions on complex projects
• Create complete project budgets for active bids
• Assemble documentation and prepare client presentations for proposals
• Travel to and from job sites as required
