Paradigm Design is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to lead land development and infrastructure projects from concept through completion. You will mentor junior engineers, manage client relationships, and coordinate design, entitlements, and construction with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, 7+ years of civil engineering and project management experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Strong background in land development and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, entitlement, and construction phases of civil projects.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality for successful delivery.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, budgets, reports, drawings, and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulators.
• Mentor and guide project teams and foster collaboration.
• Promote continuous improvement of project processes and practices.
