Allen & Major Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our growing team in Woburn, MA. Responsibilities include managing development projects from concept to completion, fostering client relationships, and utilizing technical expertise to lead project teams and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on diverse projects, managing them from initial concept through completion, and possess the technical and managerial skills necessary for successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Massachusetts land use entitlement processes and local and state regulations.
2. Experience with private developments, including site due diligence, land use permit applications, understanding zoning laws, and municipal presentations.
3. Municipal project experience is a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities under pressure.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, clients, regulators, and staff.
6. Proficiency in engineering computations, understanding plans and specifications, and regulatory compliance.
7. Ability to work independently, lead junior team members, and adhere to QA/QC procedures.
8. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact persuasively and tactfully at all organizational levels.
9. Willingness to travel to project sites, hearings, and meetings as needed.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and civil design software, including AutoCAD and HydroCAD.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Professional Engineer registration in Massachusetts.
3. 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
