Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of land development experience with PE license.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam required; other software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across civil engineering projects from initiation to closeout.
• Mentor and lead junior staff; manage team delegation and accountability.
• Maintain client relationships and lead business development efforts.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Prepare and review design plans and construction documents.
