Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience, including two years of supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Registration as a California Professional Civil Engineer.
• Valid California driver license.
• Willing to pursue ongoing education and training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize water and wastewater utility systems.
• Manage, supervise, and mentor project staff and consultants.
• Lead complex engineering projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
