This role focuses on business development, client relationships, and team leadership, while overseeing successful delivery of private and municipal land development projects. Senior leaders drive market growth, build client partnerships, and guide engineering teams delivering site development projects across the region.

Qualifications

Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
10+ years in land development or municipal infrastructure.
Proven experience in business development and client relations.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts with developers, municipalities, and private clients.
Identify and pursue new land development opportunities across Texas.
Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Oversee project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Lead proposals, presentations, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with engineers, clients, and subconsultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
Support strategic growth and profitability of the Land Development division.
