AE2S in Woodbury, MN seeks a senior civil engineer with PE and 15+ years of experience to provide advanced engineering leadership on major infrastructure initiatives. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and oversee critical design and delivery aspects.

In addition to engineering excellence, you will support business development through technical input, client engagements, and proposal development, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active PE license are required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects effectively.
