Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Senior Staff Civil Engineer to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. You will contribute to planning, design, and permitting of civil, land development, and infrastructure projects across diverse sectors.

The role offers opportunities to work on mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential projects, and higher education facilities in a collaborative learning environment. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT certification; PE preferred.
• 3+ years of site/civil design experience including planning, grading, drainage, and stormwater management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and modification of engineering documents (reports, plans, schedules, cost estimates).
• Analyze soil, terrain, hydrology, and geologic data for design impact.
• Coordinate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Support permitting processes at local, state, and federal levels.
