• Supervise engineering staff and review progress and quality of work.
• Create engineer reports for upper management and assess constructability of ramps.
• Audit tasks performed by junior engineers and interns and resolve design issues.
• Attend progress meetings and coordinate with consultants and inspectors on daily issues.
