Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
PE licensure in Pennsylvania preferred, but not required.
Experience managing municipal projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering projects focusing on site development, infrastructure design, and construction management.
Manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure collaboration and timely milestones.
Create and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets tailored to client goals.
Facilitate ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define scope and deliverables.
Organize regular project status meetings and address issues to mitigate risks.
