Job summary

Engineering Analytics, Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our hybrid team in Chicago. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of public transportation projects, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license in Illinois, and 8-10 years of experience. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to innovative project success.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in public transportation design.
  • Experience with roadway, stormwater, grading plans, and maintenance of traffic in northeast Illinois.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians.

Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.US Pay Range$115,000—$160,000 USDFull-time employees receive a well-rounded benefit package including access to our company-sponsored Medical (including an HSA High Deductible option), Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. We also offer 100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company's 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match. Additionally, employees receive paid vacation and sick time, 11 paid holidays, and are able to participate in employee ownership options.
