Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development projects, along with municipal, industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer on complex projects, providing high-level technical engineering design.
• Execute QA/QC plans for the team.
• Mentor and train team members to elevate technical expertise.
• Lead the development of technical resources for projects.
• Supervise or direct professionals and technical staff in design approaches.
• Review contracts with support from administration.
• Promote efficiencies in producing quality work.
• Maintain quality control by thoroughly checking plans and deliverables.
• Provide technical support and advisory on challenging projects.
• Support project management efforts and ensure high-quality solutions.

You Bring To The Team

• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
