Job summary

GRW is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager for our Louisville or Lexington offices. The role focuses on leading site development design, coordinating engineers and designers, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualified candidates will have a BS/MS in Civil Engineering, PE certification (Kentucky preferred or obtainable), and 10+ years of site development experience in consulting. A hiring bonus is available as part of a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering required.
• PE certification required; Kentucky preferred or ability to obtain.
• 10+ years of site development design experience in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be responsible for Site Development drawings, including technical review and stamping.
• Guide projects from preliminary/conceptual design to scheduling and construction.
• Coordinate stormwater and land development drawings with engineers and designers.
• Liaise with clients and agencies to obtain permits and approvals.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and reporting, and coordinate junior staff.
