Mancan is partnering with a successful full-service engineering firm to hire a highly skilled Engineer. The role involves leading design efforts on complex projects, mentoring junior staff, and occasionally acting as Project Manager. Travel domestically to client sites is required, and PE registration is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience OR Master's + 6 years.
• Must be able to seal drawings and act as Engineer of Record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete multi-discipline project designs.
• Act as Project Manager when assigned.
• Mentor and supervise Engineers, Drafters, Designers, and Technicians.
• Prepare estimates, reports, and client presentations.
• Travel domestically to meet clients and visit job sites.
