DRMP is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) in Florida to lead site development projects from feasibility through construction, including grading, stormwater, and utility design for commercial, residential, and municipal sites.

Ideal candidate holds a Florida PE with 7+ years of diversified experience and strong client/regulator coordination; AutoDesk Civil 3D proficiency required; substantial project management and budget oversight responsibilities included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering and Florida PE preferred.
• 7+ years of diversified civil-site experience from inception through permitting.
• Experience with site development and utility design (water, sewer, drainage).
• Proficiency with AutoDesk Civil 3D and related CAD tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong communication with clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Design and calculations for public and private sector site projects from inception to completion.
• Develop site layouts, grading, erosion control, and utility plans.
• Perform stormwater design/calculations per local and district requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, subs, and regulators to obtain permits.
• Review contractor submittals and ensure conformance with plans.
