Impact Recruitment is partnering with a growing multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking an experienced Civil Engineer, P.E. to join its team in Mobile, Alabama.

The role focuses on municipal, county, state, and federal infrastructure projects, leveraging hydrology and hydraulics expertise. The position emphasizes stormwater management, public infrastructure design, and collaboration within a team of engineers and designers to deliver innovative civil solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain licensure via reciprocity.
• 8–10 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in public infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, implementation, and analysis of civil projects.
• Prepare evaluations, cost estimates, reports, and documentation.
• Design and analyze stormwater systems including ponds and drainage.
• Support roadway and transportation design projects.
• Contribute to water and wastewater infrastructure planning and design.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for permitting requirements.
• Assist with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, surveyors, and staff to deliver projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and technical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and client requirements.
