Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead civil engineering design for site development of industrial, retail, and assisted living projects.
2. Coordinate with developers, architects, and other consultants to integrate engineering systems into the overall project vision.
3. Provide technical guidance and quality control throughout all project phases.
4. Support business development by contributing technical expertise to proposals and client meetings.

Requirements:

• P.E. license in Civil Engineering required.
• 10-15 years of experience in site/civil design for commercial, industrial, or senior living developments.
• Strong understanding of land development codes, permitting processes, and civil systems design.
• Experience working directly with real estate developers is highly preferred.
