Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficient in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction projects, including sitework, buildings, and other structures.
• Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine the feasibility of proposed projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Create detailed designs and drawings using CAD software.
• Coordinate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure construction meets industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation to clients and regulatory agencies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology and construction methods.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technicians.
