Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and design land development, public utilities, and private developments.
• Lead studies and design from concept through construction documentation.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Support client relationship development and business development efforts.
• Coordinate design activities between staff, subcontractors, and clients.
• Contribute to technical decisions on approaches, costs, and scheduling.
• Interface with clients and public agencies as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers and CAD/GIS staff.
