Job summary

Global Recruiters of Buckhead seeks a Senior Civil Engineer & Land Development Leader to drive premier land development projects in Southwest Florida. The role anchors on-site leadership, client trust, and integrated delivery across multiple disciplines.

Based in Tampa, Bradenton, or Fort Myers, you will oversee site layouts, road networks, and ICPR modeling, collaborating with in-house surveyors, planners, and engineers to accelerate permitting and project momentum.

Qualifications

• Florida PE license (active) required.
• 5+ years leading land development and site design in Florida.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR modeling.

Responsibilities

• Direct high-impact land development with oversight on site layouts, roadways, and water/wastewater systems.
• Navigate local municipalities and agencies to secure entitlements and approvals.
• Lead in-house multi-disciplinary teams, aligning drafting, surveying, and planning to protect margins.
