OWN, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Land Development projects in Northwest Arkansas and mentor the team.

The role focuses on planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects for private development and public infrastructure markets. Responsibilities include developing construction documents, performing detailed calculations, budgeting insights, and guiding on-site construction phase activities.

Qualifications

ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Fundamentals of Engineering Exam passed.
Professional Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering projects and mentor the project team.
Collaborate with project teams to plan and design to client expectations and standards.
Perform advanced calculations to validate and optimize designs for accuracy and efficiency.
Develop construction documents including drawings and technical reports.
Estimate quantities and construction costs to support budgeting and planning.
Oversee construction phase services and on-site problem solving.
Prepare and submit permit applications ensuring regulatory compliance.
Perform studies on feasibility, environmental impacts and regulatory considerations.
