Job summary

Kimley-Horn's Columbus, Ohio office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join their Land Development team. This is not a remote position.

You will perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects, design land development layouts, coordinate with clients, and manage budgets and schedules across a variety of projects while collaborating with a team of engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with task management and project coordination.
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Design land development site layouts and related utilities.
• Assist in budgeting, permitting, and bid package preparation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, jurisdictions, and contractors.
